Cypress Room (one room cottage)
Minimum Night Stay: A one-night minimum stay is allowed on weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) and a two-night minimum stay is required on the weekends (Friday & Saturday). Holidays: A three-night minimum stay is required over Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends.
Juniper Room (one room cottage)

Cleaning Fee: An additional one-time cleaning fee of $50 is charged for every reservation.
