No smoking or vaping anywhere on property including patios, garden, and parking lot — $200 minimum cleaning fee if violated
Maximum occupancy strictly enforced — extra guests must be approved in advance

## Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1 week or more before 3:00 PM CST on check-in day: full deposit refunded
Cancel less than 1 week before check-in: charged 100% of booking amount
Reservations made through Booking.com or other OTAs are subject to that platform's cancellation policy

Free on-site parking for registered guests only
Each unit allotment:
- New Braunfels Cottage & New Braunfels Room: 2 parking permits
- Cypress, Mountain Laurel, Juniper Rooms: 1 parking permit each
Permits must be displayed on dashboard — vehicles without permits may be towed
Street parking available on Comal Inn side only — parking across the street requires a city permit
No boat or trailer parking available
