For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Reservations can be confirmed upon receipt of the first night's rent or 50% of the total, whichever is greater.
Check-in time is after 3:00pm.  Check-out time is by 11:00am.
A two-night minimum stay is required during the months of June, July and August and on all weekends in May and September. A three-night minimum stay is required over Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day holidays.
Please confine smoking to outside areas.
Children are welcome.

Reservation holders must provide at least 14 days notice of cancellation before the confirmed arrival date.

If reservations are cancelled more than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date a $25.00 processing fee is charged for each cottage.

If reservations are cancelled less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, the Reservation Holder will forfeit the entire deposit. Sorry, no exceptions.
Parking spaces are provided on the Comal Inn property for guests. Due to limited parking space, and for the convenience of other guests, we cannot accommodate trailers or boats.
Rates do not include the 13% hospitality tax.
